National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Chennai (NIELIT Chennai) invites applications for recruitment of Project Officer, Project Associate, Project Assistant at National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Chennai (NIELIT Chennai), Chennai, Tamil Nadu from the eligible candidates. 1. Project Officer - 01

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed 1st Class BE / recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks with 5 years experience. OR M.Tech / M.E / M.Design with 3 years experience. OR Ph.D (Engg) with 1 year experience.
Pay Scale: INR 30000/- to 32000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 35 Years

2. Project Associate - 02

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed 1st Class BE / Recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks OR M.Tech / M.E / M.Design A qualification in the field of Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Computer Science, IT is preferred. Candidate with experience in teaching or R&D or relevant product design /development in industry will be preferred.
Pay Scale: INR 25000/- to 27000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 30 Years

3. Senior Project Assistant - 01

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed B.E/B.Tech/MSc (in Electronics)/M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology OR First class full time Diploma in Engineering /Tech of three years full time duration or equivalent. In addition candidates should possess 05 years of experience. Knowledge & Skill in Electronics Repair & Maintenance, PCB fabrication, assembly & packaging will be preferred.
Pay Scale: INR 16500/- to 17500/-Per Month
Age Limit: 30 Years

4. Project Assistant - 01

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed First class full time Diploma in Engineering /Tech of three years full time duration or equivalent. In addition candidates should possess 02 years of experience. Knowledge and hands-on experience in PCB soldering, Lab equipment maintenance and component inventory management.
Pay Scale: INR 13500 to 14500/- Per Month
Age Limit: 27 Years

Application fees Rs.100/- for General Candidates, Rs.50/- for SC/ST Candidates & no fee for PH Candidates for each post. Candidates must take the DD of Nationalized Bank in favor of “NIELIT CHENNAI” payable at Chennai.
