National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) invites applications for recruitment of Various Posts at National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh from the eligible candidates. Last date for application is 29th December 2014

1. Secretary - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Second class Masters degree with 55% marks OR PG Degree/Diploma in Management.
Experience: a) Govt. of India Rules & Regulation regarding Administrative & Service Matters, Finance & Accounts and Legal Matters. b) Working knowledge of Hindi/English and computers
Pay Scale: INR 37400-67000 + Grade Pay INR 8700/-
Age Limit: 56 Years

2. Director (Vocational Education) - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks or B+ Desirable: 1. Either a Doctorate Degree of an Indian or Foreign University or equivalent published research work of high standard.
2. Outstanding academic contribution in the field of distance education. 3. Post Graduate/Degree/Diploma in Management Teaching/Education.
Experience: i) Conduct of public examination at the Board or University level, work of confidential section (paper setting/confidential paper printing) examination reforms with particular reference to improvement of mechanics of examination, internal assessment, scholastic and non-scholastic achievement Or ii). Planning, preparation and production of self- learning materials / text books at pre-degree level especially for vocational/professional courses, running of any reputed institute in Vocational Education/ Training Approved by AICTE or any State Government
Pay Scale: INR 37400-67000 + Grade Pay INR 8700/-
Age Limit: 52 Years

3. Director (Student Support Services) - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks or B+

4. Accounts Officer - 01

Eligibility Conditions: Person from various Central Accounts / Audit organizations working on analogous posts in regular service or in the pay scale of 15600-39,100 with G.P 5,400 (Pre-revised 8000-13500) with a minimum experience of three years in the grade or having six years regular service in the pay scale of 9300-34,800 with G.P 4,800 (Pre-revised 7450-11500) or having eight years regular service in the pay scale of 9300-34,800 with G.P 4,600 (Pre-revised 6500-10500)
Experience: Working knowledge of Hindi/English. Working knowledge of computer operations
Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay INR 6600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years

5. Assistant Audit Officer - 01

Eligibility Conditions: 5 Years experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization in the scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or 6 years in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,000-8,000) or 8 years in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,800 (Pre-revised 4,500-7,000)
Experience: Working knowledge of computer operations. Working knowledge of Hindi/English
Pay Scale: INR 9300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 4600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years
