Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) invites applications for recruitment of Junior Engineer, IT Assistant, DTP Operator at Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM), Pune, Maharashtra from the eligible candidates. Last date for application is 7th November 2014

1. Junior Engineer (IT) - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed MCA/B.E/ B.Tech. in I.T. or Computers with minimum 2 years
experience in System administration (Servers), Network administration, Network security etc.
Experience: Experience in switching and routing configuration on Cisco platform.
Pay Scale: INR 22000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 35 Years

2. IT Assistant - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed {M.Sc. (Computer Science) / BE (Computer Science)/ MCA / MCM}
+ 2 years of experience as mentioned below Or {Bachelor in Computer Applications + 4 years of experience as mentioned below}
Experience: Experience specifically in web application designing & development. Hands on experience on at least one of these areas: Drupal / ASP.Net / Java script /PHP/ MySQL is essential. Web development on LINUX platform and working knowledge in CorelDraw /Photoshop / Flash is essential.
Pay Scale: INR 22000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 35 Years

3. Junior Engineer (Instrumentation/ Electronics) - 04

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed B.E/B.Tech. (Instrumentation/Electronics) OR M.Sc.(Physics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/) OR Diploma (Instrumentation / Electronics) with 3 or more years experience
Experience: Experience in Atmospheric instrumentation or maintenance of instrumentation and data acquisition and control system/software on electronic instrumentation and maintenance.
Pay Scale: INR 22000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 35 Years

4. DTP Operator - 01

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
Experience:Experience in website development and Desk Top Publishing (DTP) consisting of the modules like PageMaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop, HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash player, In Design, PHP, JSP
etc.
Pay Scale: INR 22000/- Per Month
Age Limit: 35 Years
