Government Medical College & Hospital Chandigarh (GMCH Chandigarh) invites applications for recruitment of {post name} at Government Medical College & Hospital Chandigarh (GMCH Chandigarh), Chandigarh from the eligible candidates. Last date for application is 8th December 2014

  1. Senior Resident - 46

    2. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Postgraduate Medical Degree i.e. (M.D./M.S./M.D.S/ D.M./M.Ch/ DNB) OR equivalent in the concerned specialty (recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council). If such candidates are not available in any particular speciality, those with postgraduate diploma can be considered.
    Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay INR 6600/- + allowances as admissible as per orders of the Government issued from time to time.
    Age Limit: 33 Years

  2. Resident Anaesthetist - 03

    3. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Postgraduate Medical Degree i.e. (M.D./M.S./M.D.S/ D.M./M.Ch / DNB) OR equivalent in the concerned specialty (recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council). If such candidates are not available in any particular speciality, those with postgraduate diploma can be considered.
    Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay INR 6600/- + allowances as admissible as per orders of the Government issued from time to time.

    4. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Postgraduate Medical Degree i.e. (M.D./M.S./M.D.S/ D.M. / M.Ch/DNB) OR equivalent in the concerned specialty (recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council).   5. Casualty Medical Officer (General Surgery) - 02

    6. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Postgraduate Medical Degree i.e. (M.D./M.S./M.D.S/ D.M. / M.Ch/DNB) OR equivalent in the concerned specialty (recognized by MCI and registered either with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council). If such candidates are not available in any particular speciality, those with postgraduate diploma can be considered.

    7. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed MBBS (PG degree/ diploma holders shall be preferred)/ M.Sc (Medical) in concerned specialty for non-medical persons from Medical Institute/Faculty for Demonstrators
    Pay Scale: INR 10300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 5000/- + NPA (for Medical Graduates only, if admissible).
    Age Limit: 30 Years

  7. Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer - 01

    8. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed MBBS (PG degree/ diploma holders shall be preferred)/ M.Sc (Medical) in concerned specialty for non-medical persons from Medical Institute/Faculty for Demonstrators
    Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay INR 5400/- + NPA if admissible.
    Age Limit: 30 Years

  8. Emergency Medical Officer - 01

    9. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed MBBS (PG degree/ diploma holders shall be preferred)
    Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay INR 5400/- + NPA if admissible.
    Age Limit: 30 Years

  9. Junior Resident - 38

    10. Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed i) MBBS/BDS ii) Registered with Indian Medical Council/State Medical Council. iii) The candidates who have completed/likely to complete their one year rotatory internship on or before 31.12.2014, are only eligible to apply.
    Pay Scale: INR 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of INR 5400/- + Other Allowances as admissible.
    Age Limit: 30 Years
Application fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC candidates) (non refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft, payable at Chandigarh, drawn in favour of Director Principal, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh along with application duly completed should be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before 08-12-2014 upto 04.00 PM.
