For the Post of TGT (Masters/ Mistresses) in following disciplines

Science, Social Studies, Maths, Music, Fine Arts, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Punjabi, DPE, Home Science

No. of Posts- 548 (Category Gen- 237, OBC- 172, SC-139)

Pay Scale- 10300-34800/- with GP of Rs 5000/- (Initial start of Rs 18450/- plus allowances sanctioned by Chandigarh Administration from time to time)

Age Limit- 30 years

Important Date to submit online application form is 02/12/2014 with exam fee of Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- for reserved categories)

Qualification

a) The candidate should be Graduate in relevant stream with 50% marks from recognized university or institute.

b) Bachelor of Education or Equivalent recognized from NCTE with 50% marks.

c) Passed Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by CBSE New Delhi.
