1. Engineer (Hull) - 03

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture with two years experience in ship building or boat repair yard and maintenance of wooden and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) craft in the ship building yard or boat repair yard. Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture with four years experience in ship building or boat repair yard and maintenance of wooden and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) craft in the ship building or boat repair yard.
Pay Scale: (PB-2) INR 9300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 4600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years

2. Engineer (Electrical) - 04

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed (i) Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering; (ii) Two years experience in Operation and Maintenance in Marine Electronic or Electrical Workshop or Merchant or Naval or Coast Guard Ship. Or (i) Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering. (ii) Four years experience in Operation and Maintenance in Marine Electronic or Electrical Workshop or Merchant or Naval or Coast Guard Ship.
Pay Scale: (PB-2) INR 9300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 4600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years

3. Engineer (Marine) - 46

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed (i) Degree in Mechanical Engineering; and (ii) Two years experience on Board a Mechanised Vessel. Or (i) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: and (ii) Four years experience on Board a Mechanised Vessel.
Pay Scale: (PB-2) INR 9300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 4600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years

4. Skipper - 46

Educational Qualification & Experience: Candidate should have passed Certificate of Competency as second hand of fishing vessel issued by the Mercantile Marine Department of Govt. of India with three years sea experience on board mechanised vessel. Desirable: (i) Certificate of Skipper of fishing vessel issued by Mercantile Marine Department. (ii) Passed certificate examination is Safety and Survival or Fire Fighting or First Aid from Director General Shipping approved institutes.
Pay Scale: (PB-2) INR 9300-34800 + Grade Pay INR 4600/-
Age Limit: 56 Years
